We had water bubbling up from the ground. I called Jeff Tucker of NE Well and Irrigation and they were here in 20 minutes and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.
When i tell you that after Jeff was finished fixing my well i looked behind him for his wings, I am not exaggerating. I called him crying because I was without water and the original installer gave me the run around - said they wouldn't be out here until Monday. The first thing he did was calm me down. Then he asked me what was going on. After telling him everything, he said he would finish the job he was on and head my way. Not only did he immediately know what was wrong but he fixed it quickly and efficiently. I could not be happier and the next house I build, he will be the only one I call! Grade - A Awesome!
Great service by this team. Called Mr. Tucker with my issue and 30 minutes later Owen & Migo were at my home pulling up and replacing my well pump! Outstanding knowledge and professionalism by this team. Highly, highly recommended!
I want to say a Huge Thank you to the Owner and Crew that came to our rescue today! I’m not kidding when I say they were in and out in less than One Hour. That includes calling them, them getting here and evaluating what was wrong and parts replaced and back up and working! Amazing hard working company!
Amazing company! We had an emergency situation with our well on a Sunday night. Mr. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure we had water for our kids. He also sent a technician early the next morning to make sure that everything was in good! We will definitely be using them again!
I called Northeast Well Repair at 8:46 AM on a Monday morning. I had a blown pump motor (highly likely, given it's age).
Talked with Jeff, the owner, on site. He and his crew had the pump replaced and were gone by 10:46 AM on the same day. We have a 400+ foot rock well - they had the rig to gently pull the pump out of the well and had the parts on the truck to replace everything (pump, wire) without issue. No one man band, I had three trucks in my driveway. We were taking showers by 11:00 AM.
Jeff also understands priorities. A house without water is more critical than a lawn without water. Our job was put ahead of two other jobs to make sure we weren't down too long. Didn't have to ask - it just was done. And they were in our driveway less than 30 minutes after I called.
I've had the pump replaced before. We sat for a day and a half without water, and it took the three folks the better part of a day to replace the pump. Today I'm just flat impressed. The crew did a great job and they got us back on line FAST. I will be using Northwest Well Repair again and would have no problems recommending them to others.
My son went to take a shower and there was barely more than a trickle of water coming out. I called Northeast Well and Irrigation at 7:40am and he said that they would be here in less than an hour. I was so impressed when they showed up in what was more like 1/2 hour. They got everything fixed up and were out of here before 9:30. Wesley, was very personable, explained everything to me, and even went the extra mile by helping make some serious adjustments to the space where we were putting in the new larger tank. The owner also came by during the job to make sure I was happy with everything. In all, I believe I met 4 different guys and they were all very nice and ready to help. I can't tell you how pleased I was with how quickly they got me fixed up and how reasonable the prices were. What a great bunch of guys.
